Welcome to P. Nomikos & Associates E.E. The company was established in 1997 by Dr. Panagiotis Nomikos as an IT consultancy service undertaking projects related to the implementation of Information and Communications Technologies in the maritime and other business sectors.

• Dr. Nomikos is a founding member and the President of AMMITEC, the global non-profit Association of ICT Managers of shipping companies that has branches in Greece, Cyprus, Scandinavia, Far East and other maritime countries and a very rich array of activities.
• At Stelmar Tankers, the well-known tanker operator established by Stelios Hadjioannou, Dr. Nomikos had been the I.T. Manager during the establishment of the company and more recently he has worked as an ICT Consultant assisting it to implement innovative ERP and ICT projects.
• At Wallem Shipmanagement, the second largest shipmanagement company in number of managed vessels, P. Nomikos & Associates has consulted on a project related to the implementation of web-based methods for maritime procurement and for virtual vessel inspections.
• At Teo Shipping Corp, a modern operator of bulk carriers, P. Nomikos & Associates has provided outsourced IT support resources.
• For NewsLink Services, a global daily news service to crews onboard over 3,000 vessels, P. Nomikos & Associates has been the representative in the Greek market.
• With Franman, a well-known Greek company providing products and services in the shipbuilding, shiprepair and maritime IT sectors, P. Nomikos & Associates has formed a strategic partnership related to the implementation of modern technologies in the maritime sector.
• For the Satcom Division of EMS Technologies Inc. (a leading innovator in the manufacture of wireless and satellite products) P. Nomikos & Associates has undertaken to identify suitable local distributors and to assist in the launch of the EMS Fleet 55 satellite terminal in the Greek and Cypriot shipping markets.
• P. Nomikos & Associates created and operates the first online chartering service Netshipbrokers.com that remains a leader in the Chartering sector, serving over 6,000 Members from 190 countries.
• P. Nomikos & Associates has assisted the Greek branch of Hewlett-Packard to develop a promotional strategy for HP products and services tailored to the maritime market.
• For the Greek practice of Deloitte-Touche P. Nomikos & Associates has worked on a project related to the implementation of Internet technologies for the OPAP public sector organization that handles state-sponsored lotteries.
• At Innovative Ventures, a Business Incubator established by National Bank of Greece VC subsidiary and Vectis Capital, P. Nomikos & Associates has assisted with the establishment and internal organization of the Incubator.
• Moreover Dr. Nomikos has written numerous articles for the Ne.O. and Digital Ship publications and has been a frequent producer, moderator and speaker at several conferences.
